The winery

Two small vineyards, one in Chacras de Coria with 4.5 ha (11.11 acres) and the other in Carrodilla with 8 ha (21 acres), comprise the productive space where viticultural precision plays with and defines the identity of the Hacienda del Plata wines. Cool nights and warm days, they ow in harmony with a peaceful maduration, and at a moment’s pause we see this ancient and natural process reflected in the firm skins and juicy grapes, those of which later on lavish on us brilliant colours, fragrances and textures. Today, the winery’s capacity is 140,000 litres. Advanced technology and a set period for barrel usage clearly specify and define a style of wine where, above all else, there is a search for the intrinsic, the unique, of exclusivity… a search for its root.
